Frenchtown Sewer Commissioner Liz Johnson invites residents to a sewer plant open house on Saturday, Oct. 19 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tour the plant, meet our new sewer plant operator Mark Wood and then over light refreshments, hear about our plans to increase the environmental stewardship of the $11 million state-of-the-art plant as well as add new users in an effort to lower rates. We’re looking for volunteers for several projects, including beautifying the grounds, getting rid of old equipment and creating a strategic vision for the plant.
