Frenchtown Planning Board will be holding a public hearing on Wed., August 23, 2017 at 7:30pm at Borough Hall. The hearing will focus on the Second Amendment to the 2009 Master Plan Re-examination Report, the Amendment to Land use Plan Element of the Master Plan and the 2017 Housing Element and Fair Share Plan of the Master Plan.

These changes, representing a 30% reduction from the Fair Share Housing original recommendation, are designed to meet Frenchtown’s affordable housing obligations and are a proactive approach to proposed development projects and are introduced with the intent to have a positive overall development and economic impact on the borough.
