Frenchtown PRIDE “Kicks” Off May 15th !

Frenchtown invites you to join them for the 3rd Annual Frenchtown PRIDE!
The family-friendly celebration of Love and Acceptance begins on Wednesday,
May 15th at 6pm with Queer Kickball at Old Frenchtown Field. All are welcome to
play and to cheer on their favorite players!

The celebration continues on Friday, May 17th at the Fashion With a Twist fashion
show and fundraiser at Frenchtown Home & Hardware. Yes, tools and paint will
be the backdrop for Frenchtown-famous models showcasing local fashion and
accessories. Tickets are $20 per person and all proceeds will benefit the
Frenchtown Elementary School Arts program. Guests will enjoy live music, food
and drink too. The event is brought to you by Frenchtown Home & Hardware and
the Junto Emporium men’s clothing shop. The show starts at 7pm and tickets will
be available at the door.

Sunday, May 19th will be the annual Frenchtown PRIDE party at Sunbeam Park
featuring music, vendors, Rainbow parachute and an interactive storyboard.
Visitors are invited to bring blankets, lawn chairs and dancing shoes!

The day opens with a service led by Pastor Peter Mantell of the Frenchtown
United Methodist Church followed by the Sidewalk Parade. At 1pm there will be a
Pride History and Stonewall 50th Anniversary Recognition.

An afternoon of dancing, art, pride stories and sharing of love for one another in
whatever form we take!
