Frenchtown Environmental Commission (FEC) officially files as intervenor in PennEast Pipeline application

The Frenchtown Environmental Commission has officially filed as an intervenor in the PennEast Pipeline application.
Why? Frenchtown can only effectively protest negative pipeline impacts if we are intervenors. An intervenor can participate in or bring legal proceedings involving FERC and PennEast.
The Environmental Commission has filed in addition to the Borough of Frenchtown. You don’t have to be a landowner or abutter to the pipeline to be an intervenor.
If you care about the potential impacts of this pipeline project, then you can be an intervenor.
