Earth Day Hike at the Frenchtown Preserve

FT preserveThe Frenchtown Environmental Commission is sponsoring an Earth Day Hike at the Frenchtown Preserve on Saturday, April 23rd, 10 am to 12 noon.

The nature trail at Frenchtown Preserve is a hidden treasure for nature lovers, bird watchers and hikers of all ages. Explore the cedar and hardwood forests abundant with birds like pileated woodpeckers and owls; hike to farm fields to see breathtaking views of the Delaware River.

We will meet at 10:00 am at the parking lot located on Horseshoe Bend Road for a 2-hour hike through the scenic Frenchtown Preserve. Frenchtown Preserve is on Horseshoe Bend Road off of Rt 12.

Please be advised to wear appropriate footwear and bring a water bottle. Leashed dogs are welcome!
