DEPUTY CLERK/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
BOROUGH OF FRENCHTOWN
Full time position with a 40 hour work week. Position includes health benefits, pension enrollment, vacation, sick and personal time. Duties include but are not limited to assisting the Municipal Clerk in her regular functions as set forth in NJSA40A:9-135, assisting the Municipal Registrar in receiving birth, death, marriage, civil union and domestic partnership records, taking marriage, civil union and domestic partnership applications and issuing licenses and certified copies, assisting the Administrative Office in issuing dog and cat licenses annually, assisting the finance office with escrow account maintenance and deposits and collecting tax and sewer payments.
Municipal experience is required. RMC and CMR preferred. Accounting experience a plus.
