Frenchtown Launches “Street Smart” Pedestrian Safety Campaign Frenchtown, NJ- Mayor Warren Cooper and Police Chief Al Kurylka announced today that the Borough of Frenchtown is participating in a new pedestrian safety education campaign to reduce pedestrian-motor vehicle crashes in New Jersey.
