Frenchtown Green Fair

Join us for the 2013 Frenchtown Green Fair to be held on Saturday, September 28, 2013, from 11 am to 5 pm at Old Frenchtown Field in Frenchtown, NJ – Rain or Shine!   

The Frenchtown Green Fair’s Mission is to help our communities discover the values of green living and to celebrate sustainability.  The Green Fair will feature speakers, green products and services, and activities that reflect an environmentally sustainable lifestye – gardening, recycling, food, energy, transportation, home and building, and health and wellness.  Plenty of education, entertainment, food, and fun for the whole family!

The Green Fair is hosted by the Frenchtown Green Team and the Borough of Frenchtown. The event is organized by the Green Fair Committee. Questions can be directed towards Holly Low and Sarah Ruppert by email frenchtowngreenfair(at)gmail.com

Mike McGrath, host of the nationally syndicated public radio show You Bet Your Garden, which offers “fiercely organic advice to gardeners far and wide”, will give a talk on composting. www.youbetyourgarden.com

Christine Waltermyer, Founder and Co-Owner of the Natural Kitchen Cooking School, will present “Decadent Desserts Using Rice” and demonstrate how to make delicious wholesome treats that your whole family will love. www.naturalkitchenschool.com
